Yes, we ship to many countries. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Your carrier may contact you to collect these fees.
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. It may take up to 24 hours to display scans. If you did not receive it, check spam or contact us at info@hedst.co.
First, check with household members, neighbors and your building manager. Look for a delivery notice and confirm the address. If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a claim and email us so we can assist.
We begin preparing orders quickly. Email us immediately with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Need to swap or return an item?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached. See Refund & Shipping Policy for full details.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For the fastest service, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
