Shipping Overview
We ship worldwide from the United States. Orders are processed on business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Details
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed when the order ships. It can take up to 24 hours to show scans.
- Address accuracy: Enter a complete and correct address. Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address can be reshipped after payment of a reship fee.
- PO Boxes: Some carriers deliver to PO Boxes. If unavailable, provide a physical address.
- Customs, duties and taxes: For international orders, import charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier.
- Failed delivery: If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors and the carrier. File a claim with the carrier if needed. Contact us and we will assist.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, face coverings, underwear and final sale items are not returnable.
- Returns must include the packing slip or order number.
Return Process
- Email info@hedst.co with subject line Return Request and include your order number and reason.
- We will send return instructions and a return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Ship the item in secure packaging. Keep the carrier receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed.
Fees
- Original shipping fees are non refundable unless we made an error.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timing
After the return is delivered and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We will take care of a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin preparing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately. We will do our best to help if the order has not shipped.
