Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied,
you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Items eligible for return
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached where applicable
- The return must include the order number or other proof of purchase
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Items not eligible for return
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Underwear, intimate items, face coverings, and similar personal-use items unless defective or incorrect
How to Start a Return
- Email info@hedst.co with the subject line Return Request.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.
- Pack the item securely and keep your tracking number until the return has been fully processed.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a returned item does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be denied and the item may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within
3 to 7 business days.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time
to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within
7 days of delivery at

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy,
including a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or variant,
we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund if eligible.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at

We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has started or the order has shipped.
