At hedst.co, each product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue (wrong print, size, color, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
Once we verify the problem, we’ll send you a free replacement or offer a full refund, whichever you prefer.
2. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Since each item is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Color or style not as expected (please read descriptions carefully)
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
3. How to Report a Problem

4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
