How long does processing and delivery take?
Processing is usually 1 to 3 business days. US delivery typically arrives 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. International delivery varies by destination and customs. See our

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Your carrier may contact you to collect these fees.
Where is my tracking link?
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. It may take up to 24 hours to display scans. If you did not receive it, check spam or contact us at

My package shows “delivered” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
First, check with household members, neighbors and your building manager. Look for a delivery notice and confirm the address. If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a claim and email us so we can assist.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin preparing orders quickly. Email us immediately with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached. See

How do I start a return?
Email info@hedst.co with subject line Return Request and include your order number, item and reason. We will reply with instructions and the return address.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
For the fastest service, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
